dc.description.abstractA small internal ceramic chip antenna for IMT-2000 handsets is investigated experimentally and numerically It has a bandwidth of about 14%, measured gain of 1.3 dBi, and an omnidirectional radiation pattern similar to that of a monopole antenna. These features make the proposed antenna suitable for handset applications.-
