Efficient error correction scheme using minimum symbol energy in multicode DS-CDMA system

A performance improvement scheme for a multicode DS-CDMA system is proposed, which uses the redundant code channel to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio. Significant BER improvement is achieved by error detection and correction, based on the Euclidean distance property of received signals.
