Development of a real-time attitude control simulator using multi-processor in the PILS (Processor-In-the-Loop Simulation) system architecture is introduced in this paper. The new system is composed of a flight computer emulating an OBC(On-Board Computer) and a simulation computer also representing sub-systems of spacecraft. DSP(Digital Signal Processor) boards are used to simulate functioning of these sub-systems, such as OBC, attitude dynamics, sensors and actuators. The MIL-STD-1553B known as a serial standard data bus in spacecraft and military industry applications is also used for data communication between the flight computer and the simulation computer. Using the PILS system many processes of a satellite are simulated. Especially, in this paper the PILS system produced successful results by appling north/ south stationkeeping process of the KOREASAT 1 ,2.
