A cylindrically textured YBCO film was grown on the cylindrical surface of a single crystalline YSZ. The substrate shape was a 60 degrees sector of a cylinder whose axis is parallel to YSZ[100]. It was confirmed by XRD 2 theta and phi-scan measurements that the c-axes were normal to surfaces and ab axes were aligned in all regions. Resistances .vs. temperatures were measured for the currents along the axial direction and the circumferential direction under magnetic fields, whose directions were axial or radial. The results of our magnetoresistance measurements of the cylindrical YBCO film looks very similar to that of the flat film.
