| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 ATM 기반 멀티미디어 PCS를 위해 분산 처리 구조를 사용한 핸드오프 절차를 설계하고 검증하였다. ObjectGEODE를 사용하여 핸드오프 절차를 SDL로 기술한 다음 시뮬레이션에 의한 검증 단계를 거치고, 최종적으로 C 코드 생성기를 통해 C 코드를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 검증된 핸드오프 처리 프로토콜은 서비스와 관계되는 시그널링 절차들을 UP(User Process)가 대신한다. 이것은 무선 트래픽 시그널링을 감소시키고 서비스 제어와 이동단말의 위치 추적을 병렬적으로 수행함으로써 호 설립을 빠르게 할 수 있다. 단말은 로밍시 서비스 프로파일 정보를 이동하지 않고, 항상 서비스를 홈 망에서 제어함으로써 단말이 어느 곳에 위치하던 일정한 서비스를 받을 수 있다. | - |
