RELATION BETWEEN THE UNIFORMITY OF THE RADICAL DENSITY DISTRIBUTION AND THE ELECTRON-DENSITY PROFILE
The relation between the uniformity of the density profile of radical atoms and the electron density profile is examined analytically. The dissociation efficiency is also calculated for various forms of the electron density profiles. The shape of the electron density profile for a more uniform profile of the radical atoms is proposed.
