dc.description.abstract | To help people learn and understand the use of increasingly complex devices, the interfaces should be designed to be compatible with the user's task knowledge. This paper proposes a new diagrammatic interface model that enables intuitive analysis and representation of user's interface knowledge in the domain of softwares and electronic devices. The model explicitly defines the abstraction of procedures in the user's understanding of interface for the objective examination of correspondence between the task knowledge and the interface. | - |
