| dc.description.abstract | 환경, 사회, 경제적 관점에서 기업의 전략체계를 운영해 나가는 지속가능경영 전략이 세계 글로벌 기업들의 새로운 경영 패러다임으로 등장하였다. 기업은 전략적 체계를 강화하고 경쟁우위를 창출하는 혁신전략으로서 지속가능경영 전략을 도입하고 있으며 이에 따라 국내 글로벌 기업들도 기업의 장기적인 이익창출 및 사회공헌을 위한 지속가능경영 전략 도입에 대한 동기가 부여될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 글로벌 기업들의 지속가능경영 전략의 추진동기에 영향을 미치는 6가지 구조적 특성과 3가지 추진동기를 도출한 후, 영향요인 및 추진동기, 해당 경영전략 사이의 관계를 분석하는 통합적 분석모형을 제시하였다. 그리고 개별 사례에 대한 분석 및 사례 통합 분석을 실시하고 이를 근거로 지속가능경영 추진 설계에 대한 제언을 수행하였다. | kor |
