| dc.description.abstract | 통신서비스는 제품과 유통채널에 있어서 그다지 차별화가 되지 않기때문에 가격과 판촉이 마케팅전략에 있어 차지하는 비중이 크다. 판촉도 결과적으로는 가격과 광고의 형태로 나타나기때문에, 가격의 중요성이 더욱 커진다. 이렇게 마케팅전략에 있어 가격의 중요성이 크고 많은 연구가 이루어져왔음에도 불구하고 예측력이 부족한 것으로 들어났다. 본 연구는 다양한 가격변수구조를 적용하고, 비지니스 단계별로 나누어 (여기서는 성숙기만을 대상으로 함)예측모형을 적용함으로써 가격을 고려한 예측모형을 찾고, 이를 바탕으로 가격탄력성을 도출하였다. 가격변수구조로는 공시가격외에 제공가격으로서 ARPU를 도입하였으며, 또한, 수요가 가격 자체보다는 전월가격과의 차이에 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. | kor |
