S (Advanced Cosmic-ray Composition Experiment for the Space Station) -CREAM (Cosmic Ray Energetics And Mass) mission is the balloon borne experiment using ULDB (Ultra Long Duration Balloon) capability of the new technology of the NASA to investigate the ultra high energy cosmic rays. It is expected to add new convincing evidences to the previous observations related to the supernova shock model by directly measuring the energies and chemical compositions and abundances of cosmic rays. Based upon supernova shock which is a standard model for the origin of the acceleration of cosmic rays, it has a cutoff energy at $Z\times10^{14} eV$ and foresees the change of compositions around this cutoff. Following these features, CREAM will measure the charges from proton to iron by a timing charge detector (TCD), hodoscope S0/S1 and a silicon charge detector (SCD) and their energies ranging from $10^{12}$ to > $10^{15}$ eV by a transition radiation detector (TRD) and a calorimeter. Among them, Korea ACCESS team is in charge of manufacturing SCD, which is composed of silicon sensor, analogue readout and support mechanical structure. All these sub-parts of SCD are under final test and are ready for production of flight model and integration. Furthermore, the design of analogue readout for SCD using CR1.4 ASIC is the main topic here. It will do qualified analogue processing of signals from a silicon sensor.eng
