Neoclassical viscosity of a steady tokamak plasma with large mass flow is evaluated using Lorentz pitch angle scattering operator as a fucntion of normalized poloidal rotation speed. Both the resonant and the non-resonant contributions are evaluated. Also, simple analytic formula for the viscosity coefficients are proposed. It is found that the viscosity coefficients calculated from the Lorentz model is considerably different from the previous results from a simple Krook model.
