Pinning effect on charge density wave(CDW)in quasi one-dimensional conductor by impurities of random distribution and periodic modulation일차원 도체에서 멋대로 분포하거나 주기적으로 움직이는 불순물들이 전하밀도파에 미치는 영향
In a quasi-one dimensional conductor we have investigated pinning effects in Peierls-Frolich state by non-magnetic impurities of random distribution and periodic modulation. We have calculated the ac-conductivity due to CDW in the long wavelength limit by means of Green``s function method for the two cases. These two results show no apreciable difference in the ac-conductivity.
