Finite aspect ratio modifications to neoclassical transport theory are considered. This was carried out by Hazeltine, Hinton and Rosenbluth$^{[7]}$ in 1973 to the order O(r/R). But, in 1982, Chang and Hinton$^{[8]}$ found that the ion thermal conductivity was significantly larger than reported in Ref.[7] by considering the effects of finite aspect ratio. In this paper, the reexaminations for the other transport coefficients were carried out. And for the electrical conductivity, in particular, the correction to the order $O(r/R)^{3/2}$ was shown. As the results, the coefficients of the transport dued to the mechanical forces were significantly enhanced and the electrical conductivity was reduced with a considerable factor.
