Superweak theory is reviewed in this present work. Wolfenstein``s superweak theory predicts that the branching ratio of $K_S^\circ$ into 3 to that of $K_L^\circ$ is $\mid{\varepsilon}\mid^2$ and a neutron electric dipole moment is of the order $10^{-28}$ ecm. And it also predicts that there is no CP violation in $\mid{\triangle{s}}\mid=2$ nonleptonic and $\triangle{S}=-\triangle{Q}$ leptonic decays. If the latter prediction fails to hold, we may have to abandon superweak theory. However we may keep on insisting on superweak theory by introducing a phase factor $\rho$ in $\triangle{S}=-\triangle{Q}$ current.
