The Bjorken scaling can be understood in the framework of quantum chromodynamicsa renormalizable non-Abelian gauge theory of the strong interaction. And QCD predicts the lorgarithmic deviation from the naive scaling. In this thesis, the renormalization group and the asymptotic freedom are discussed in somewhat detail. And some methods of testing QCD are investigated. Comparisons are made between the QCD predictions and experimental results in electron-positron annihilation process and in neutrino-nucleon deep inelastic scattering process, which suggest that QCD is a viable theory of the strong interaction.
