The energy-energy correlation in the high energy $e^+e^-$ annihilation is considered in the broken color gauge theory. The additional contributions due to the colored Higgs bosons which break the color symmetry are calculated in the high energy symmetric limit. The average energy-energy correlation is slightly different, but the detailed angular dependence is somewhat different from that of the perturbative quantum chromodynamic calculation.
Next, the lowest order diagrams for the process of the direct photon production in hadron-hadron collisions are calculated in the broken color gauge theory. The comparison with the experimental data of the pp→γX is made.
