M/M/c retrial queueing system with two types of customers두 종류의 고객을 갖는 M/M/c 재시도 대기체계
A method for investigating multi-server retrial queueing systems with two types of customers under high intensity of repetition of blocked customers is proposed. This method is used to obtain asymptotic expansion of steadystate probabilities and main probabilistic characteristics as well as some estimations of remainders.
