There are many types of errors present in the computer generated holograms, i.e, detour phase errors, aperture errors and quantization errors of amplitude and phase. In previous holograms, phase information is modulated as a lateral deviation from the center and amplitulitude information as a longitudinal length. In this paper, we present a new hologram in which amplitude information is coded as an aperture area and phase information is coded as a diagonal displacement of an aperture center from the center of a cell. This scheme will reduces the detour phase and aperture errors, and renders a hologram with a higher signal to noise ratio (SNR) compared to the previous ones.
