Switched capacitor Analog-to-digital 변환기A switched capacitor analog-to-digital converter
All-MOS IC기술을 이용하여 제작할 수 있는 swith와 capaci -tor 그리고 단 하나의 comparator로 구성되는 A/D 변환기를 제안 하였으며, 이에 대한 해석과 monolithic IC로 제작 할수 있는 가능성에 대하여 고찰 하였고 이를 discreate 소자로 re-alize하며 4 - bit인 경우에 A/D 변환 되는것을 확인 하였다.
