The present invention relates to a method or a kit for preparing cancer stem cell spheroids and a method for screening a cancer cell resistance treating drug by means of the prepared cancer stem cellspheroids. Cancer stem cell spheroids can be prepared in a simple manner, and the prepared cancer stem cell spheroids can effectively be utilized for screening a cancer cell resistance treating drug.
