New Guidance Law for Impact Time and Angle Control Against Maneuvering Target
new homing guidance law is developed for intercepting a maneuvering target in the presence of impact time
and angle constraints. The unique feature of the proposed guidance law is that it does not require any type of estimation
of the time-to-go and predictive intercept point.
