dc.description.abstract | Compared to other methods, wireless power transmission using microwaves has challenges of low efficiency due to long distances and limited coverage due to beamforming. First, to overcome low efficiency, focusing, a phase compensation method, has been used in the mid-field region, but there has been a zone where efficiency has not increased any further. In this study, we present and analyze the problem that efficiency no longer increases in that zone. In addition, the proposed method improves efficiency in that zone, suggests guidelines, and proposes necessary solutions for zones. Then, distributed microwave power transmission technology is used to expand coverage. However, in this technology, there have been repetitive tasks and slow computation speeds of conventional phase optimization methods. In this study, we propose a method to remove redundant tasks and achieve fast computation speed using deep learning. As a result, the proposed method increases computation speed while having similar received power compared to conventional methods. | - |
