dc.description.abstract | This paper presents two ways of W-band to D-band frequency doubler with positive feedback structure to improve efficiency. The first method uses second harmonic feedback network. The feedback network couples inductors at the input and the output to induce 2$f_0$ component. The second method uses $G_{max}$ core technique. The $G_{max}$ core used in the circuit maximizes both fundamental and second harmonic frequency. | - |
