In recent years, nuclear power has been included in green taxonomy, and small and micro-modular reactors are being actively developed. The supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton cycle, which can be applied to small nuclear power systems, has been constructed and experimented in various organizations. However, only a few studies have been published on the performance curves of radial flow turbines suitable for power cycles below 10 MWe, and on the rotor passage loss, which is a major internal loss. In this thesis, the performance map of a supercritical carbon dioxide radial inflow turbine is generated, and the rotor passage loss is calibrated based on the experimental data obtained from the ABC test loop and the rotor section AMB-TAC constructed in KAIST. In addition, based on the experimental data and the updated loss model, the previously developed KAIST-TMD code was modified and validated.
