Cyclopolymerization of fluorinated dipropargylmalonate and t-butyldimethylsilyloxy 1, 6-Heptadiyne and characterization of the polymer플루오린이 치환된 디프로파길말론네이트와 실록시 헵타디인의 고리화중합과 그 중합체들의 성질
Bis-(dodecafluoroheptyl) dipropargyl malonate and 4,4-methyl, tbutyldimethylsilyloxy-1,6-heptadiyne was prepared by esterification and Grignard reaction, respectively. Polymerization was attempted by $MoCl_5$and $WCl_6$ catalysts associated with cocatalyst such as organo-tin and organo-aluminium compounds. A $MoCl_5$ catalyst was much more effective catalyst for the cyclopolymerization of present monomers. Polymerization of the present monomers by various catalyst lead to a violet solid, soluble in common organic solvents. The structure of polymer was identified by $^1H$-NMR, $^{13}C$-NMR, IR and UVVis spectroscopies. From these spectroscopic results, poly(DFHDPM) and poly (MSHDY) possess polyene structures having cyclic recurring unite in the polymer backbone. The $P_0$ value for poly (DFHDPM) is greater than that for other polymer of fluorinated dipropargylmalonate.
