dc.description.abstract | The material of metal halide perovskite exhibits excellent optical properties, making it actively researched in various fields such as solar cells, light-emitting devices, and X-ray detectors. Among them, perovskite single crystals, in particular, are extensively studied as X-ray detectors due to their absence of grain boundaries, allowing for long charge diffusion distances and facile fabrication of thick films. However, for perovskite single crystals to be effectively utilized as X-ray detectors, challenges related to surface area optimization, thickness control, and substrate integration need to be addressed. In this thesis, a novel growth method for perovskite single crystals was investigated to overcome these challenges, enabling precise control of thickness, surface area optimization, and successful substrate integration. | - |
