dc.description.abstractAnalysis of transport characteristics is crucial to enhancing the performance of a perovskite solar cell since the performance of a solar cell is greatly influenced by the properties of minority carriers. Hall measurement, one of the fundamental characterization methods in the semiconductor field, has a limitation in that only information on the majority carrier can be obtained. However, the carrier-resolved photo-Hall technique enables the extraction of critical parameters for both majority and minority carriers in electronic materials, such as carrier density, mobility, recombination lifetime, and diffusion length. In this thesis, a variable temperature photo-Hall measurement technique was developed to explore the effect of temperature on transport properties. The temperature-dependent behavior of various transport properties of halide perovskite thin films was investigated.-
