dc.description.abstractWe design a polarization-independent Bragg filter on a Ge-on-Insulator platform that is free from input polarization status, achieving the same spectral responses for TE and TM inputs. Our Bragg filter operates near the 4.2 μm wavelength range, which is useful for mid-infrared sensing applications.-
