나노구조체 함유 광전자 소자, 유기태양전지 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 나노구조체 함유 광전자 소자는 일차원 나노구조체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 광전자 소자의 활성층에 일차원 나노구조체, 특히 3가 또는 5가의 원소로 도핑된 탄소 나노구조체를 함유시킴으로써 광전자 소자의 캐리어 수송특성이 향상된다.
