| dc.description.abstract | 【課題】最小ゲノムを有する新規微生物の製造方法の提供。 【解決手段】LBブロス(broth)を含む培地において、微生物をLBブロスの濃度を段階的に低下させながら培養するステップを含む、ゲノムサイズが野生型より小さい新規微生物の製造方法、及び前記方法で製造されたゲノムサイズが野生型より小さい新規微生物に関する。本発明の新規微生物は、小さいゲノムサイズにもかかわらず、生長率、ピルビン酸生産能、タンパク質翻訳効率が高いので、組換えタンパク質、ピルビン酸生産などの産業に有用である。 【選択図】図1 | - |
