| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 근접 표지(proximity labeling) 시스템을 이용하여 특정 조직에서 분비되는 단백질의 위치 정보를 제공하는 방법 내지 이의 응용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법을 이용하는 경우, 살아있는 개체 내 특정 조직에서 분비되는 분비단백질의 시공간 역학을 동적으로 추적할 수 있어 조직간 내분비 신호 연구에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있으며, 특히 현장(in situ)에서 적용할 수 있어 활용범위가 더욱 넓어질 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 다양한 질환 모델 내지 조직들에 적용하여 질병과 관련된 새로운 바이오마커 및 치료 표적 단백질을 발굴하는데에 활용될 수 있다. | - |
