| dc.description.abstract | 공간 초음파 변조기, 이를 구비하는 초음파 장치 및 이를 이용한 초음파 생성방법을 개시한다. 공간 초음파 변조기는 절연기판 상에 서로 교차하는 다수의 제1 및 제2 도전라인들의 교차점인 픽셀에 정렬되고 적어도 하나의 CMUT 소자를 구비하여 초음파를 선택적으로 생성하는 다수의 초음파 생성기를 구비하는 초음파 어레이, 초음파 생성기의 서로 대비되는 이진 동작모드로 각 픽셀을 코딩하여 활성 픽셀 및 비활성 픽셀을 구비하는 코딩 어레이를 생성하는 픽셀 코딩기, 및 코딩 어레이를 구동하여 활성픽셀에서 생성되는 다수 초음파의 합성에 의해 파면이 변형되는 진폭 변조 초음파를 생성하는 초음파 구동기를 포함한다. 입사파의 집음 해상도를 높이고 실시간으로 파면을 용이하게 변경할 수 있다. | - |
