본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 알칼리 활성 콘크리트 제조 장치는 콘크리트 믹서, 콘크리트 믹서와 연결되어 있는 바인더 공급부, 잔골재 공급부, 회수수 탱크 및 혼화제 주입장치를 포함하고, 회수수 탱크는 회수수탱크 내의 회수수의 pH를 측정하기 위한 pH 측정기, 활성화제 공급부를 포함한다.
