| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 듀얼 패브리-페롯 레이저 기반의 광송신기는 제1 패브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드(F-P LD1, Fabry-Perot Laser Diode) 및 제2 패브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드(F-P LD2)를 구비하고, 무편광 광을 변조하는 반사형 듀얼 패브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드(Dual F-P LDs), 씨앗 광원(SLS, Seed Light Source)으로 이용되는 제3 패브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드(F-P LD3), 및 상기 제3 패브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드의 선형 편광된 광을 수신하여, 상기 무편광 광을 출력하는 마크-젠더 간섭계(MZI: Mach-Zehnder Interferometer)를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
