| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 목적은 표면 플라즈몬 공명 현상을 이용하는 발광부와, 이 발광부에서 발생되는 광신호를 디텍팅할 수 있는 수광부, 그리고 이 발광부 및 수광부 간 연결 구조 즉 신호전달부로 이루어지는 플라즈모닉 집적회로 및 그 제작 방법을 제공함에 있다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은, 소형화 효율은 뛰어난 반면 신호 속도가 제한되었던 전자소자의 한계 및 신호 속도는 향상되는 반면 광 회절 한계 때문에 소형화가 제한되었던 기존의 광소자의 한계를 동시에 극복하여 소형화 및 속도 향상을 동시에 실현하는, 플라즈모닉 집적회로 및 그 제작 방법을 제공함에 있다. | - |
