본 발명은 갈레이트기를 포함하는 화합물, 및 란탄족금속염 또는 전이금속염을 사용한 세포 코팅방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 세포 코팅방법과 이로 인하여 제조되는 표면이 나노 껍질로 코팅된 세포는 광 조사, 은 나노입자 등의 외부 환경 자극으로부터 안정하게 보호되고, 필요에 따라 세포의 손상 없이 코팅이 분해되는 효과가 있다.
