전부 또는 적어도 일부 표면이 비가교 상태로 탄성을 가지는 고분자층을 포함하는 기판을 준비하는 단계; 고분자층에 콜로이드 입자를 도포하는 단계; 콜로이드 입자가 도포된 기판을 가열하여 콜로이드 입자를 고분자층에 매립시키는 단계; 콜로이드 입자를 제거하는 단계; 및 고분자층 표면에 금속을 증착하는 단계;를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 메타표면을 가지는 소재의 제조방법이 개시된다.
