| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에 따른 혈압 산출을 위한 맥박 센싱 모듈은, 맥박에 의한 압전 효과를 발생시키기 위한 압전 물질을 포함하는 압전층 - 상기 압전층의 일면에는 서로 이격되게 배치되는 제1 전극 라인 및 제2 전극 라인이 형성됨 - ; 상기 압전층을 지지하되, 상기 압전 물질로 상기 압전층을 형성하는 과정에서 상기 압전 물질이 의도된 방향으로 성장되도록 하는 지지층; 및 상기 지지층의 적어도 일부가 백 에칭(back etching)에 의해 제거되어 제공되는 공간에 충진되어 유연성이 확보되도록 하는 폴리머층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. | - |
