본 발명에 따른 정공전달물질은 페로브스카이트 화합물이 광흡수체로 구비되는 페로브스카이트 태양전지용 정공전달물질이며, 산소를 포함하는 전자 공여 작용기를 갖는 폴리아릴아민계 고분자를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 정공전달물질은 금속 이온과 강한 상호작용 및 공명효과로 인해 우수한 도핑 특성 및 안정성을 갖는 장점이 있다.
