Current status of radio spectrum management policy in korea and related issues

Abstract

Radio waves are defined as 'Electromagnetic waves of frequencies arbitrarily lower than 3,OOOGHz. Radio spectrum is limited public-resource such as water, gas and electronic power. Therefore it involves in various competitive demands and the government's management and enforcement activities are inevitable.
