dc.description.abstractIn the inverter circuit of the BLDC motor driver, minimizing harmonics and ringing noise caused by high switching frequency is crucial for smooth phase current generation. Side effects due to the high switching frequency include ringing noise and switching loss, noise of the current sensor, and EMI generated during switching. However, lowering the switching frequency to minimize these side effects rather increases the current (torque) ripple of the BLDC motor. In this paper, a circuit design technique that minimizes noise generated during switching while maintaining a high switching frequency is proposed and verified through experiments. In addition, a technique for reducing the noise of the current sensor, which is the key to current measurement, is introduced.-
