I is an important medical imaging technique and continually used in radiology to investigate the anatomy and physiology of the body in both health and disease. When it operates, however, intense noise is generated. The SPL approaches up to 130 dB especially in 3T MRI. It's a safety risk and it can cause hearing loss in severe case. Some ANC methods have been researched for reducing the noise. They are effective to reduce the noise, but it's not enough to satisfy the industrial standard. In this background, we developed and proposed frequency-domain active noise control algorithm for MRI noise. We verified the performance in computer simulation and MRI experiment. In this paper, we have an error analysis from experimental result and analyze how dominant each error factor is. And then, we will propose which factor we should focus on for the better performance.-
