A webcam based Point-Of-Care-Testing (POCT) platform is demonstrated to record holographic images of micro bead without using lenses. Because webcam based platform makes a holographic image using imaging sensor from webcam rather than CCD camera, production of potable POCT platform is possible with low cost. We utilized the micro bead which has diameter of 10 um to show the ability of bio target detection and diagnosis. And we confirm the micro bead images through our webcam based holographic imaging platform. Because 10 um micro bead has similar size of cell in the human body, so our webcam based holographic imaging platform may be an alternative as a new direction to problems at the cost aspect of POCT diagnosis platform.
