Text based communication has become the most popular form of communication using smartphones. We believe that suggesting images while typing is will innovate the mobile text communication. We suggest real-time autonomous im- age suggestion system based on natural language process- ing, sentiment analysis, machine learning, human computer interaction, networking and systems. MiliiCat is a mobile messaging API service that autonomously suggests images with real-time based on chat context to improve emotion expression, nuance delivery, and information delivery of a conversation. This system shows a solution to the text com- munication in mobile environment by reducing latency and data consumption.-
