영상 복호화 장치APPARATUS FOR IMAGE DECODING
실시예들에 따른 영상 복호화 방법 및 복호화 장치는 비디오 시그널을 위한 비트스트림을 수신하고, 비트스트림에 포함된 시그널링 정보를 기반으로 복호화를 수행한다. 실시예들에 따른 영성 부호화 방법 및 부호화 장치는 비디오 시그널울 부호화하고 부호화된 비디오 시그널 및 시그널링 정보를 포함하는 비트스트림을 전송한다.
