We present a microfluidic device which can perform multiplexed biomarker screening on a tissue microarray (TMA) and barcode immunohistochemistry (IHC) concept for rapid, high-throughput TMA analysis. The characterization results showed that our device can simultaneously provide various IHC conditions as well as provide uniform immunostaining quality regardless of the position in the device. The multiplexed IHC on the TMA showed a barcode-like IHC result which can easily classify the characteristics of biomarker expression on each spot, thereby facilitate high-throughput TMA analysis.
