본 발명은 회전체인 팬의 주변을 둘러싸는 덕트를 이용해 음향 라이너를 설계하여 회전체에서 발생되는 소음을 저감시킬 수 있으며, 회전체의 고정된 회전수에 대한 소음뿐만 아니라 변동되는 회전수에 따라 변화되는 소음도 저감시킬 수 있는 음향 라이너를 갖는 덕티드 팬 및 이의 설계 방법에 관한 것이다.
