| dc.description.abstract | 지난 수년간 정부주도형 모태펀드는 중소벤처기업의 창업, 연구개발, 기술사업화 등 필수적인 자금을 공급하는 주요 수단으로 활용되었다. 해당 펀드는 주로 국내 업체들의 기술혁신과 성장을 위한 필수 자원으로 인식되었으나 최근 정부의 새 기조인 민간주도 성장을 바탕으로 정부의 역할을 축소하여 민간주도형 모태펀드 제도를 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 학위논문에서는 정부주도형 모태펀드 내에서 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 기술금융펀드를 바탕으로 민간주도형 모태펀드 도입의 필요성을 분석하는 연구와 함께 국내 정부주도형 기술금융펀드의 구체적 운용 사례와 해외의 기술금융펀드 정책 및 운용 사례를 비교분석하여 현행 제도의 문제점을 파악하고, 향후 개선점 및 새로운 투자 범위를 제안하고자 한다. | - |
