We suggest a one-way function using a truncated random permutation EIC and build a new signature SEIC based on the zero-knowledge proof from EIC. We also propose optimizations of the non-interactive zero-knowledge proof system using the extension field. Compared with the state-of-the-art ZK-based signature Rainier, SEIC provides 25-30% smaller and 6-20% faster signatures in L1 security.
