Recently, as the social importance of IoT and biomedical fields has increased, the demand for low-power, high-performance wireless transceiver systems is expected to continue to increase. This paper has proposed a 436 MHz receiver system that consumes very low power and has a high data rate. Since receivers for the IoT and biomedical systems have limited energy sources, lowering power consumption is the most important task. The proposed receiver uses the gm-boosting technique, impedance-boosting technique, and Q-enhancement technology to reduce power consumption. Using LNA and mixer with a fast start-up time, perform the 10% bit-level duty-cycle to reduce power consumption of the front-end by 1/10. On the other hand, the center frequency variation of the LNA, caused by the tolerance of the external inductor used to obtain high Q-factor and PVT variation, is compensated by manual calibration. 4-frequency signals are demodulated through two paths. First, when passing through the high-Q LNA, the frequency-modulated signals are converted into amplitude-modulated signals, which are demodulated through a comparator. In the second path, the frequency-modulated signals are converted into phase-modulated signals through an injection locking ring oscillator and demodulated. Accordingly, the receiver system that demodulates 4-frequency signals with very low power consumption and achieves high rate is implemented.
